Oily skin cleansers contribute to drying out the skin as well. Remember that you would do well to put back into your skin what you've taken out with cleansers. Moisture replenishes elasticity thus reducing wrinkles, restoring your youthful appearance and vibrancy of the skin. Vitamins also play a strong and important role in maintaining healthy skin. Vitamin E oil or supplements, Vitamin D,and Biotin supplements also add oxygen to your body providing oxygen to your blood stream thus adding more elasticity to your skin. Always remember that 6 to 8 hours rest is recommended nightly for proper rest. Lack of sleep has as much to do with how we look as much as our daily skin care regimen.

How are the daily vitamins I'm taking, and are the amounts safe?
I just take a One-Day multivitamin, but for extra benefits I take.
2 Ginkgo Biloba extract pills in the morning = 120 mg
2 Omega 3 Fish Oil pills in the morning = 2000 mg
1 Super Potency Biotin pill = 5000 mcg
So are the above safe to take without side effects? I'm taking them mainly to improve my mental powers and psychical stamina.
It's not only more than enough but harmful too.
Along with these vitamins etc., aren't you taking regular food?
Why should you take them to improve memory (?) psychic/or physical stamina.too.
I think you have got off by false notions, or suggestions from a colleague!.or advertisements in lay press
As long as you are taking normal balanced diet, has no illnesses etc.,extra vitamins as such are not necessary.
Multivitamins,by name itself suggests that it contains a balanced combination of all essential vitamins. Why Biotin? That too Super potency labelled..I think the pill you are buying is too costly too. If at all thinks biotin will be of help, just one raw Carrot taken fresh 9(ot cooked/boiled) will be more than enough.to keep healthy.
Vitamins alone will not be of use to either improve Mental powers or increase Physical stamina.. Another item, very much essential ,but omitted is Minerals. Nowadays multivita mins+ mineral combinations are available, of reputed Manufacturers. There is no harm in taking all these items , if you an afford. But I would strongly recommend that leave at least some Space vacant in the stomach for your usual food, accustomed to, essential to at least avoid constipation.. as is rich in fibre content...
Most important requirement of these vitamins , minerals etc., are for debilitated, chronically ill patients,aged too, who cannot even afford a square meal a day for sustenance.
Harmful effect is:: High dose quantity of vitamins taken,will lead on to persistent headaches, esp., while sweating/ or on exposure to sunlight..
:desirable effect in wealthy persons is: if their body functions are in order, whatever excess vitamins one takes; , Over 70% will be washed out, as long as the kidneys are functioning. You can surely notice your Urine to be too Yellow in Colour now itself.
If not the same will get out of the body,through sweat, inner clothes gets yellow colour, so also excreted by the other route. Another factor to consider is it's absorb ability in the body system. Make sure that these vitamins, many of which gets ineffective, if taken with hot water.

:I have to say, Do not take excess vitamins of dubious quality in the hope that they will improve your stamina or. get lead off by advertisements of such items.
If at all you wants to take vitamins, without a good doctor's advise, please take Only a single tablet of vitamin-mineral combination. -Usually as capsule) per day.
